If you need to make an Insurance Claim, we make the process easy,

1. Phone your Insurer and obtain your claim number.
2. Contact us / or drop by our workshop to arrange a quote.
3. Using your claim number, we’ll send our quote for your repairs, along with digital images of your caravan’s damage directly to your Insurer.
4. Your Insurer will appoint an assessor to your claim and arrange an assessment of your caravan.
5. When the assessment is complete, your job is authorised for repair.
6. Once your job is authorised, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time to have your caravan booked in for repair.
