If you need to make an Insurance Claim, we make the process easy,
- Phone your Insurer and obtain your claim number.
- Contact us / or drop by our workshop to arrange a quote.
- Using your claim number, we’ll send our quote for your repairs, along with digital images of your caravan’s damage directly to your Insurer.
- Your Insurer will appoint an assessor to your claim and arrange an assessment of your caravan.
- When the assessment is complete, your job is authorised for repair.
- Once your job is authorised, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time to have your caravan booked in for repair.
